Responsibilities:Develop marketing strategy on digital platforms, include but not limit to social media, SEM, SEO, PPC and syndication platformsSocial media management and develop multimedia contentImplement marketing activities by data analysis to nurture customer engagement, increase conversion, website traffics and brand awarenessMonitor audience traffic/ respond on key metric measurement toolsOptimize media buying efficiency and performance marketingProvide accurate and insightful reports to represent important metrics and findingsWork closely with internal & external parties to support the media campaign roll out and executionResponsible for social media channels and strategic media plan to maximize digital share of voice & engagementOptimize marketing campaign, keywords search and online performance with analysis reportsMonitor and stay on top of market trends and make recommendations to managementProvide support to any ad-hoc projectsJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fieldsMinimum 4 years related digital marketing experience, preferable in beauty industry.Hands on experience in using platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, RedNote) and tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics to drive campaign successCreative, proactive, adaptable to fast paced environment and meet tight deadlinesTeam player with good communication skillsCandidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Marketing Supervisor.(All information received will be kept in strict confidence and only for employment-related purposes)All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
