- Providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Collaborating with other HR functions to deliver HR services and support.
- At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources & Business partnering experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
