About the roleKolb (HK) Ltd is a leading company in design, manufacturing and supply of turn-key installations for bakeries and kitchens. Additionally we supply a full range of food consumables such as coffee, bread & cake mixes, pastry and chocolate products. We are seeking a full-time Logistic Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kwun Tong. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our logistic and warehouse operation ensuring the efficient movement of goods delivering to customers.What you'll be doingFollow-up on shipping orders, track shipments and advise customers on the shipment status.Daily inventory organization.Check and receive all incoming equipment & spare parts, reconcile with purchase orders, process and distribute documentation with purchase orders and reports, document and track damages and discrepancies on orders received.Maintain accurate daily in & out inventory records in system.Co-ordinate with Customer Service, Logistics and Service departments.Prepare import/export shipping documents.Supervise the inbound and outbound logistics procedures.Maintain the warehouse, records area and temporary storage area in a neat and orderly manner.Perform weekly and monthly inventory physical check.What we're looking forForm 7 or above;3-5 years inventory control experience,Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook;Experience with ERP for inventory control is an advantage;Good command of English;Highly independent, proactive and willing to work well under pressure.What we offerAt Kolb (HK) Ltd, we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
