- Reporting Line: Client Service Lead, Gov+
- Originate technology services and implementation opportunities for dedicated key accounts.
- Support the Client Service Lead in shaping and driving winning strategic deals.
- Collaborate with Line of Business and Client Service Unit to identify client propositions and execute engagement plans.
- Provide technical and domain expertise to support pre-sales and solution activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of business propositions and solutions.
- University degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in consultancy selling and system integration, including application development, infrastructure, network integration, security solutions, hosting services, and IT systems integration.
- Experience in bidding for medium to large projects in the government sector is preferable.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-making skills.
- Detail-oriented and sensitive to numbers.
- Proven track record in proposing IT/SI solutions is preferable.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
