Oversee and manage staff training and development initiatives in alignment with the strategic directions of the Society
Identify training needs and trends, plan and coordinate both local and overseas training programs and exchange programs
Formulate and implement strategies to strengthen organizational capacity and foster continuous professional growth
Monitor and enhance the knowledge management system, conduct research and prepare analytical reports to support informed decision-making

Requirement

Recognized degree in related discipline; Registered Social Worker is an advantage
A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in training and development; experience in knowledge management, research and statistic is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Ability to work independently with good interpersonal skills
