
Senior Business Development Manager

- Collaborate with APAC team heads, project leaders, and fee earners to plan and deliver a compelling BD&M strategy across AP offices, understanding regional market needs and dynamics.
- Develop and deliver high-quality cross-border events to position the firm as a market leader, targeting key clients and new prospects with a focus on ROI tracking and profitable revenue generation.
- Work with the regional proposals team and BD colleagues to win cross-border pitches and proposals, and extract more revenue opportunities.
- Regularly review activities, produce analyses of activities versus plans, and monitor expenditure against budget.
- Mentor and coach junior team members and provide guidance to Marcoms to ensure consistent internal and external communications that align with the firms brand and culture.
- Strong BD experience at manager-level at a leading international law firm or international professional services firm
- Technical corporate knowledge with experience in professional services preferred.
- Masters degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar qualification is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, with excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong team work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
