- Managing and coordinating the executive's complex calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Accompanying business travel to various destinations worldwide
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence in Chinese and English
- Handling confidential information and maintain records with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
- Organizing frequent and complex travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations
- Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Managing the executive's personal and family matters including schooling, helpers, housing etc.
- Ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day administrative tasks by working closely with other teammates
- Supporting other ad-hoc tasks as required
- A strong background as a Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant from family offices/ financial services industry
- Flexible to travel abroad
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- A proactive and resourceful mindset to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly
