  • Support the employee lifecycle, handling administrative processes which include but not limit to on-boarding and off-boarding, compensation, manpower budgeting, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Provide HR data analytics and insights to aid in the development of HR policies and projects, and assist in preparing compensation proposals.
  • Support HR Business Partners by advising line managers on various HR matters.
  • Manage annual HR activities such as pay reviews, incentive programs, and performance management systems, and employee engagement programs
  • Provide day-to-day HR assistance, addressing employee inquiries and ensuring smooth HR operations
  • Handle day-to-day HRIS operation task and work with HRIS team for further enhancement (HRIS) if necessary
  • Prepare HR reports, such as staffing trends, recruitment status, and performance metrics to support business needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum 3 years of solid experience in HR management
  • Knowledgeable in Employment Ordinance and payroll management.
  • Experience working in the engineering related industry is an advantage
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-minded, and results-driven; able to work in an agile environment
  • Proficient in Excel and adept at preparing HR data analytics and management reports.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Experience in crafting staff announcements and preparing promotional materials (e.g., posters, HR newsletters) preferred
  • Experience with Oracle preferred
