Job Category: Talent ManagementJob Description:Working Location: Kai Tak, Hong KongEmployment Duration: 1-year contractWe are seeking a high-caliber HR professional to join our Organization Development & Talent (OD&T) team as a Senior Human Resources Associate. This role supports strategic and operational HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on organizational development, talent management, and culture engagement.Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to various OD&T initiatives and projects as assigned, including support for internal events, engagement activities, and enterprise-wide programs
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for OD&T operations, including coordination of meetings, documentation, budget tracking, and internal communications
  • Assist in the execution and logistics of talent development programs such as onboarding, learning journeys, mentoring schemes, and pipeline initiatives
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding/offboarding and HRIS updates. Liaise with COEs to ensure smooth HR service delivery
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports to support program tracking, talent metrics, and business insights. Maintain accurate records and support data integrity across systems
  • Work closely with HRBPs, COEs, and business units to support OD&T priorities such as leadership development, employee experience, and strategic workforce planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in organizational development or talent management
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, employment ordinances, and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
