
Senior Human Resources Associate

- Support the employee lifecycle, handling administrative processes which include but not limit to on-boarding and off-boarding, compensation, manpower budgeting, performance management, and employee relations.
- Support HR Business Partners by advising line managers on various HR matters, also addressing employee inquiries and ensuring smooth HR operations
- Provide HR data analytics and insights to aid in the development of HR policies and projects and assist in preparing compensation proposals.
- Support annual exercises such as pay reviews, incentive and bonus, and performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Handle day-to-day operation task and work with different Centre of Excellence (COE) e.g. Compensation & Benefit, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, People Service team to achieve HR goals
- Prepare HR reports, such as staffing trends, recruitment status, and performance metrics to support business needs
- Execute various ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in HRM. Relevant experience in engineering related industry is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of HR related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment related ordinances and regulations
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoints in preparing HR data analytics and management reports
- Result oriented, meticulous and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, independent, innovative, and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Experience in using Oracle / HRIS would be an advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
