Job Category: HR and Employee Development Generalist/MultidisciplineJob Description:We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Human Resources Branch as Senior Human Resources Associate. Key responsibilities include:
  • Support the employee lifecycle, handling administrative processes which include but not limit to on-boarding and off-boarding, compensation, manpower budgeting, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Support HR Business Partners by advising line managers on various HR matters, also addressing employee inquiries and ensuring smooth HR operations
  • Provide HR data analytics and insights to aid in the development of HR policies and projects and assist in preparing compensation proposals.
  • Support annual exercises such as pay reviews, incentive and bonus, and performance management, and employee engagement programs.
  • Handle day-to-day operation task and work with different Centre of Excellence (COE) e.g. Compensation & Benefit, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, People Service team to achieve HR goals
  • Prepare HR reports, such as staffing trends, recruitment status, and performance metrics to support business needs
  • Execute various ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in HRM. Relevant experience in engineering related industry is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of HR related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment related ordinances and regulations
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoints in preparing HR data analytics and management reports
  • Result oriented, meticulous and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, independent, innovative, and able to work under pressure
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Experience in using Oracle / HRIS would be an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
