
Assistant Art Director - Well established Education Publisher

- Lead coordination and quality control across diverse creative projects
- Collaborate with teams to deliver engaging educational and marketing visuals
- Work closely with the Art Director to execute creative vision and design direction.
- Coordinate workflows across graphic designers, illustrators, animators, and layout artists.
- Assign tasks, manage priorities, and conduct first-round quality checks on deliverables.
- Ensure brand consistency across visual assets, packaging, books, and marketing materials.
- Prepare and organize design files for internal reviews and external vendors.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and editorial teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay current with design trends and support the creative process with references and resources.
- Provide regular updates on team performance and project progress.
- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, illustration, animation, or creative production.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and understanding of design fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience in book layout, visual storytelling, or educational products is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to give constructive feedback and uphold quality standards.
- Self-motivation and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in packaging design and product branding.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX for app and web assets.
- Familiarity with children's publishing or education-focused visuals.
