  • Work closely with the Art Director to execute creative vision and design direction.
  • Coordinate workflows across graphic designers, illustrators, animators, and layout artists.
  • Assign tasks, manage priorities, and conduct first-round quality checks on deliverables.
  • Ensure brand consistency across visual assets, packaging, books, and marketing materials.
  • Prepare and organize design files for internal reviews and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and editorial teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay current with design trends and support the creative process with references and resources.
  • Provide regular updates on team performance and project progress.
The Successful ApplicantYou should bring:
  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, illustration, animation, or creative production.
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and understanding of design fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in book layout, visual storytelling, or educational products is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to give constructive feedback and uphold quality standards.
  • Self-motivation and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience in packaging design and product branding.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX for app and web assets.
  • Familiarity with children's publishing or education-focused visuals.
