Technical Service Senior Manager, Property Developer

• Manage technical staff and works of the Technical Services Department to deliver safe, reliable and cost-effective operation and maintenance services.
• Establish operation and maintenance strategies and plans, and manage the associated works to meet the above objectives.
• Establish and implement plans for energy efficiency, indoor air quality, safety / health / environmental and sustainability to inline with company and departmental objectives.
• Perform staff management to meet organization and company needs.
• Provide support to other Departments / Sections with respect to technical and sustainability issues including tenant fitting out, reinstatement and minor alternation and modification works and inputs on new developments.
• Periodic review and audit of building services systems and building maintenance standard for recommending and implementing works including incorporation of new technologies and standards to maintain the required quality standards and conditions.

• Degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Building Surveying or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in managing operational and maintenance work of sizable commercial properties of which 5 years at supervisory level in HK.
• Strong knowledge in relevant local government ordinances and regulations as well as professional engineering practices is essential.
• Oversee maintenance services, monitor the capital work programs and lead the in-house maintenance team & outsourced contractors.
• To prepare tender documents and follow tendering procedure for maintenance works.
• To provide professional advice to the tenants on design, installation, maintenance and operation of building services installations.
• To supervise fault diagnosis and recovery process during major system breakdown and service interruptions and initiate necessary contingency action plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, independent, responsible personality and a good team player
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
