You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate credit risks, making a tangible impact on the bank's bottom line. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective credit risk management strategies, leveraging data and insights to inform your decisions. Your ability to balance risk and reward will be crucial in driving business growth while maintaining a strong risk profile.What you will be doing:Analyze credit data and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain credit risk models and frameworks to assess borrower creditworthinessCollaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement credit risk management strategiesConduct regular portfolio reviews to identify areas of risk and opportunityProvide insights and recommendations to inform lending decisionsWhat we are looking for:A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or economicsAt least 3 years of experience in credit risk management or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholdersKnowledge of credit risk management principles and practices, including credit risk modeling and portfolio managementProficient in programming languages such as Python or R#LI-SL1What we offer:Competitive base salary.
