- Develop, implement, and continually evaluate a comprehensive, multidisciplinary arts curriculum. Ensure all lesson plans are adaptive, engaging, and designed to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of Love 21 members.
- Serve as the primary instructor, leading and facilitating high-quality, hands-on, and participatory art workshops and daily sessions for members and their families. Employ a variety of teaching methodologies to foster creativity, self-expression, and skill development in a supportive environment.
- Continuously assess participant engagement and artistic progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to maximize individual and group learning outcomes.
- Curate, project-manage, and lead rehearsals or preparatory sessions for internal and external exhibitions, performances, and showcases that highlight and celebrate members' artistic achievements and learning journeys.
- Source, liaise with, and manage a roster of freelance artists, instructors, and cultural partners to deliver specialized workshops.
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of the Love 21 Arts Programmes, ensuring excellent quality and impactful delivery.
- Manage all logistical planning, including venue bookings, scheduling, resource allocation, and classes registration processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for art programme-related enquiries, providing outstanding service to members, families, and partners.
- Proactively build and manage strategic partnerships with local artists, cultural organizations, schools, and corporates to enhance programme offerings and create new opportunities.
- Represent Love 21 at external events and within the broader arts community to meet of our mission and programmes.
- Maintain accurate records of programme participation, budgets, and impact metrics for reporting and development purposes.
- Provide general operational support to the Love 21 team and contribute to centre-wide events and missions as required.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in arts education, facilitation, or community arts programme delivery.
- Proven experience in programme coordination, event management, or arts administration.
- Experience working with individuals with diverse abilities is a significant advantage.
- A recognized degree in Fine Arts, Arts Management, Arts Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional ability to connect with and inspire members, families, and community partners with empathy, patience, and enthusiasm.
- Good organizational, project management, and administrative skills.
- A creative and strategic thinker, able to develop programme concepts from ideas to execution.
- A genuine passion for community building and a deep commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive environment through the arts.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
