Position Summary:A 46-month comprehensive blended-mode professional development tailored for kindergartens. The project seeks to provide practical coaching guidance and support to apply theory to practice for teachers and school management. The project promotes a conducive universal environment design to enhance inclusion and participation of all learner diversities and aims to foster a long-lasting support network between schools.Job Purpose:Support the overall project management work, including co-ordinating administrative work for the overall project, overseeing the alignment of all the project activities against the project plan and set deliverables, as well as managing publicity and promotional events related to the project. The project manager will ensure all the project outcomes are delivered on-time, to a high quality and within the scope of the project’s plan.Key Responsibilities:Ensure that all project outcomes and outputs are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDevelop and implement a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of various project components simultaneouslyManage the development and operation of a learning platform designed to cater to both synchronise and self-paced learningManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs for the rapid changes in the societyActively obtain and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for a smooth implementation of the ProjectCreate synergy among the Project team and stakeholders (e.g. funder, partnership schools)Create and maintain project documentation, including administrative and budget documents requested by the funderJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Social Science related disciplines preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management experience.Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and executing projects, is important.Experience in developing and delivering training programs.Experience in projects in education or non-profit making sectors is a plus.Project Management Professional (PMP) or any equivalent qualifications preferred.Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Knowledge of educational technology tools and platforms, such as learning management systems or online course platforms, may also be beneficial.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are important to effectively communicate project goals, requirements, and updates with project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.The ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and motivate team members is essential.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
