To lead the client liaison team to provide advisory services to B/Ds to support the use of CorpID for their e-services
To stocktake the number of e-services to support the use of CorpID and closely monitor the progress of related B/Ds
To work with the technical team in the course of implementation of CorpID Platform
To provide helpdesk services to resolve the enquiries from B/Ds
To plan and carry out promotional activities to promote CorpID in different events
To carry out the project management tasks
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirement:

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 8 years' experience in IT industry
Have at least 3 years of experience in business analyst, client liaison work, helpdesk services and project management
Possess solid experience as a project manager
Hands-on experience in Cryptography, System Implementation and Maintenance/Support and Quality Assurance
