- Achieve sales target and business objective in food services, general trade and key account channels
- Formulate sales strategies to drive business revenue and maximize profit margins
- Develop and manage customers business plan with regular business review, category review, and promotion evaluation
- Ensure sales forecast accuracy
- Maintain continuous improvement on distribution, penetration and visibility for targeted channels / customers by effective planning and negotiation
- Manage effective promotion planning and control on trade spending
- Ensure execution excellence at trade level, with evaluation and on-going improvement in business and customer plans
- Explore new business opportunities and maximize category potential
- Work with internal departments to co-ordinate the relevant sales activities and control procedures
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
- Degree holder in Business Administration or any related discipline
- 10 years’ FMCG sales & marketing experience in sizable organizations, preferably in F&B industry
- Experienced in sales management in food service, general trade and wholesales channels is highly preferred
- Strategic mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Business acumen with strong analytical skills, capable in developing visionary strategic plan, and to drive the business growth in each customer and capitalize all opportunities
- Strong communication skills with different people at all levels, excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
