- Assist the team in implementing segmentation marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Analyze customer behavior and engagement patterns, using insights to make data-driven decisions and propose targeted marketing tactics, including personalized offers and rewards.
- Execute online and offline marketing initiatives across multiple channels, such as social media, display advertising, mobile apps, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
- Develop creative digital marketing ideas and content, and conduct A/B tests to optimize performance.
- Evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness, providing insights to optimize traffic and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the creative and product teams to ensure timely planning and execution of marketing communications and promotions.
- Prepare reports and analyze data on sales, incentive programs, and CRM for analysis.
- Collaborate with partners to explore joint promotion opportunities and maximize marketing reach.
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing/ content marketing.
- Must have solid knowledge of Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Google Adwords (SEM), and Google Analytics.
- Experience in e-commerce and data analytic tools such as PowerBI is an advantage.
- In house or Digital agency background also welcomed.
