About Our Client

Our client is a large commercial listed company. To cope with their business expansion, they are currently hiring an Assistant Manager - ERP (SD/MM, CRM).

Job Description

Coordinate Sales & Logistics related system implementation (B2B eCommerce & Customer Engagement Platform, Customer Relationship Management System, etc.) and complete important milestones within scope and tight project timeline
Act as the subject matter expert and discuss business process requirement with project stakeholders and translate them into system requirement
Configure and maintain the system based on confirmed business scenarios
Prepare functional specification and authorization design for development team
Guide and work with users to identify foreseeable problems during UAT process

Provide system users with appropriate updates and training
Coordinate with the development team or third party vendors in relation to progress of project development
Recommend work or system processes that could streamline business processes and improve efficiency

Solve and provide Sales & Logistics users the best fit technical solution to fulfill user requirements and issues
Collect and analyze daily operations e.g. report usage, authorizations, system upgrades etc.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in IT application development and SAP implementation, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industry
Strong experience in SAP SD & MM module implementation and configuration
Experience in SAP CRM and Customer Experience Platform (Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc) is highly preferred
Experience in SAP Integration Suite would be an advantage
Keen appreciation of new technologies, constantly upgrade technical knowledge and keep abreast of the latest development
Excellent communication skills and able to articulate issues and solutions effectively
Excellent command of spoken and written in Chinese & English, good in spoken Mandarin
