- Provide full range of strategic and operational support to the group's training programs, such as to research and design on the content, manage the end-to-end process and monitor the overall expense, etc.
- Act as a facilitator and deliver the induction to participants.
- Collect post-training feedback for further evaluation.
- Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth operation.
- Perform facilities management to manage and oversee the set up and maintenance of the learning facilities.
- Create visual-audio communication and presentation materials for learning purposes.
- Degree holder or above with 2-3 years of solid L&D or marketing experience.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Strong project management skills and attention to details, able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and good MS Office skills.
- Proven video-editing and multi-media experience using Adobe AI/Premiere Pro/Photoshop/Canva.
