- Monitor and interpret SFC and Insurance Authority regulations to ensure compliance in online distribution activities.
- Advise design teams on creating effective selling frameworks and user interfaces for digital banking applications.
- Draft and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters, focusing on sales suitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compliance within the financial services industry, specifically in online distribution of investment and insurance products.
- Strong understanding of SFC and IA regulations.
- Excellent writing and communication skills for drafting policies and procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sales suitability practices is a distinct advantage.
