Human Resources Controller

• Assist CEO in monitoring and coordinating all HR issues, developing and reviewing HR policies, guidelines and procedures

• Responsible for leading and setting up all manpower, recruitment and other HR planning for current and other rapidly developing services including our signature projects in Lam Tei Nursing and Residential Care Home for the Elderly transitional housing, medical services and social services, etc.

• Be the Secretary of related committee and maintain good relationship with different stakeholders

• Requires close collaboration and support 129 service units under the purview of the Organization

• Lead and drive organization change, strategic thinking and vision for innovation throughout the organization

• Degree holder or above, major in HRM or related discipline

• At least 15 years supervisory and management experience in all-rounded HR functions, preferably with experience in sizeable non-governmental organization

• With solid work experience in dealing with senior executive and familiar with related statutory practice for NGO

• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements, provident fund scheme, job markets, civil service remunerations, and labour and welfare policies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, well organized, excellent leadership, problem solving and decision-making abilities

• Good writing skill in Chinese and English, and proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin

• High IT literacy, with good knowledge in HRIS and proficiency in MS Office applications
