You will collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored customer outcomes, oversee project planning and implementation, and handle daily operations. The role also involves developing consultative sales propositions, analyzing market trends and policies, and identifying new business opportunities.ProfileApplicants should hold a recognized university degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, with at least 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Proven experience in customer proposition development and client engagement is essential. Familiarity with the engineering or transport sector, especially electric mobility, and knowledge of the EV market in Hong Kong are highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, along with commercial acumen and sales planning capabilities, are key. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work under pressure are required.
