- Assist a smooth operation
- Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and food handling practices to deliver optimal quality of PRODUCT to guests
- Monitor all aspects of daily operations of the restaurant and control it provide exceptional dining experience to customers
- Aim at offering exceptional dining experience to customers, staff training plans to be developed and to conduct on-the-job training, product training up-selling training to the employees at all levels
- Provide friendly and quality service in our restaurant
- Minimum 2-4 years managerial experience in fine dining restaurant, French Restaurant experience is preferred
- Well-presented and presents a positive, friendly image
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment, create courteous, friendly and professional work environment
- Good time management skill and willingness to work flexible shifts and hours
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English including Cantonese and Mandarin
