
Junior Receptionist - Global Law Firm

- Greet and assist visitors at the reception and conference floor
- Provide exceptional guest service in a professional, positive and hospitable manner
- Handle incoming calls, mail, courier, and general front desk duties
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure smooth coordination
- Support catering arrangements and room setup for internal or external events
- Assist with hotel and car bookings for visiting colleagues from global offices
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as updating internal records
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- 1-3 years of receptionist or front-of-house experience in a corporate, professional services office setting
- Candidates with hospitality background will also be considered
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Positive attitude, well-presented, and able to multitask effectively
