- Set marketing goals and objectives, and manage the marketing budget.
- Gather data on market trends and consumer buying behavior to inform marketing efforts.
- Lead a team in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies,(offline and digital channels, social media) initiatives such as website optimization, social media management, search engine optimization/marketing, email marketing, and other digital platforms, with the aim of achieving ambitious business growth and digital acquisition goals.
- Plan and organize marketing activities to ensure they align with the company's brand image and voice.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing innovations, technologies, and techniques.
- Evaluate the effectiveness marketing campaigns , performance and analysis reports, Google Analytics, digital analytics, social media analytics, competitive research, and web behavior analysis. Improve ROI and KPIs.
- Establish a digital brand presence and implement a digital customer relationship management (CRM) program to drive website traffic, enhance brand visibility in online marketing platforms and social media, and foster customer engagement.
- Continuously assess new technologies and ensure the brand remains at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Lead and coordinate efforts between the branding team, go-to-market team, and marketing team to meet company goals.
- Provide ongoing marketing insights and explore opportunities to support business growth.
- 8 + years of relevant experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand management.
- Degree in in Communication, Marketing, e-Commerce, Brand Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in consumer electronics goods, IoT home appliance goods, and retail products is advantageous.
- Essential experience in managing crowdfunding and online shops.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and driving website development and executing digital campaigns.
- Proactive, dynamic, and self-disciplined with a positive attitude.
- Continuously updates knowledge of digital marketing technologies, tactics, and practices.
- Strong business acumen and innovative thinking, results-oriented, and a good team player.
- Possesses good analytical and presentation skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
