HR Specialist - Compensation & Benefits

- Oversee and manage the employee movement including but not limited to transfer, promotion and termination
- Assist in C&B initiatives such as annual pay review, bonus process, benefits scheme renewal
- Develop and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Formulate, consolidate and prepare HR analytic reports with data insights
- Make use of effective methods for data presentation
- Participate in ad-hoc HR assignments as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong data analytical and presentation skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Solid experience in SAP Success Factor is preferred
- Experience in Power BI or HR Dashboard is a plus
