About the roleOur client, a well-established MNC fashion apparel brand, is seeking a highly capable HR Officer / Senior HR Officer specializing in Compensation & Benefits [C&B Operations] to join their dynamic Human Resources team in Hong Kong. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the company’s C&B programs, helping reward and motivate employees while supporting broader HR functions.What you'll be doingCollaborate closely with regional HR teams across multiple countries to develop and continuously refine compensation and benefits policies in alignment with corporate values and compliance with relevant legislation.Design and execute comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical coverage, retirement schemes, and wellness initiatives that support the employee engagement and business objectives.Lead the payroll cycle, final settlements and tax compliance, while providing timely and accurate HR data to support financial planning.Optimize and enhance the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate data management and efficient reporting, integrating platforms such as E-leave, payroll, and performance evaluation toolsManage expatriate mobility assignments, including relocation support, benefits coordination, and international tax arrangements.Conduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness, equity, and regulatory compliance within compensation and benefits practices.Analyze compensation-related metrics to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to senior management.Provide valuable support to Senior Management on various ad hoc assignments.What we're looking forBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a similar C&B role within an MNC setting, experience in the Fashion & Apparel industry is a plusRegional exposure with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits is highly preferred.Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits and labour law compliance.Proficient in HRIS platforms, Excel, payroll & compensation analytics tools, familiarity with SAP and advanced excel functions will be viewed as an asset.Exhibit strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with attention to accuracy, data integrity, and business strategy.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.Highly self-motivated, adaptable and capable of prioritize effectively to manage multiple projects under tight timelines in dynamic environments.Advanced language proficiency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin is essential to facilitate effective communication across local teams.Candidates who can start immediately or on short notice are highly preferred.What we offer5-days workweek, competitive salary packages, clear career progression path, supportive and healthy work-life balance work culture will be offered to right candidates, interested parties, please email resume with your expected salary, latest salary and availability to for application.
