Responsibilities
  • To develop and maintain hotel Corporate business
  • Organize and direct overall sales activities to achieve sales volume and profits targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales margins and exposure, increase market penetration by various channels
  • Analyse customer and competition situations, generate action plans to expand market share
  • Provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activities
  • Performs ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Degree Holder or above in Hotel / Sales & Marketing Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferably in luxury hotel in Hong Kong
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, result-oriented and able to explore business opportunities
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of Opera, Delphi and Microsoft office applications
