- Handling customers' technical questions on our business application software products
- Providing application support services such as troubleshooting, system testing, product installation, configuration, consultation
- Working closely with development team to resolve issues
- Monitor support incidents and day to day reporting
- Provide quality assurance by prepare test cases and perform system testing
- Global collaborative project team environment
- Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, Information System, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Previous working experience in helpdesk / end-user support on POS is preferred
- Well-organized, detail and logical minded
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Knowledge in MSSQL DB, SQL programming, HTML, .NET, MS Reporting Services, IIS Web Application is an advantage
