It has close to 420 branches and representative offices in 19 countries and regions.For more information, please visit www.ocbc.com.hk to learn more about OCBC Hong Kong.Responsibilities:Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking offshore customers through various channels, develop and strengthen their relationships with the BankWorking closely with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth hand-over and partnership in managing customer experienceContribute to the bottom-line of Premier Banking through the accomplishment of customer count and growth targetUp-sell, cross-sell and provide regular market information to customersEnsure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of Premier BankingCompliant with local laws, regulations, bank’s policies, including risk management policies and proceduresRequirements:Degree or aboveA pass in HKSI Paper 1,7,8 and IIQE Paper 1,2,3 will be an advantageTeam player, self-initiated and sales-driven with good interpersonal skillsSound knowledge of banking products, such as insurance and wealth management products in mainland, Hong Kong and Singapore is preferredProficiency in MS office applicationsGood presentation and communication skillsGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese(Putonghua)Able to adapt well in a sales and service oriented environmentIn-depth appreciation of mainland culture and practicesFresh Graduates or candidates admitted under the Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG) are welcome In-depth appreciation of mainland culture and practices
