- Design, implement, and maintain Citrix solutions, including virtual desktops and apps, Citrix Cloud, and VDI environments.
- Deploy and manage virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) using Citrix technologies, with a focus on Machine Creation Services (MCS) deployments.
- Act as the 1st point of contact for Level 3 support and to response on all operational issues.
- Maintain and optimize Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD integration within Citrix environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Citrix deployments, virtual desktops, and application virtualization.
- Stay updated with the latest Citrix technologies, best practices, and industry trends to enhance the Citrix environment.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT System Engineer, with a strong focus on Citrix technologies.
- Expertise in virtual desktops and apps, Citrix Cloud, and VDI environments.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policy management within Citrix deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex Citrix-related issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
