The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics, providing insights to inform account strategies.Sales Execution:
Drive sales growth by effectively promoting products and solutions to key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.Performance Tracking:
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management, identifying areas for improvement and growth.Negotiation and Contract Management:
Lead negotiations with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support business objectives.QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.Experience:
3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Interpersonal Skills:
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to present complex information clearly.Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data to drive sales decisions.Team Player:
