- Support the development of new business opportunities and client networks globally
- Meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Monitor and manage daily business performance metrics, including but not limited to sales revenue, gross profit, marketing cost result
- Manage an update active listing on website with new product offerings regularly.
- Conduct market research on competitors' pricing strategies and make necessary pricing adjustments
- Oversee order fulfilment processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Coordinate targeted EDM promotions to engage specific customer groups effectively
- Conduct outbound follow-up emails for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction level.
- Review membership applications daily to facilitate seamless onboarding process
- Collaborate closely with IT department to enhance website UX/UI, managing both frontend and backend maintenance
- Prepare regular product sales reports for management review
- Assist with any additional tasks or ad hoc projects assigned by Manager
- Diploma or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
- 2+ years of solid experience as an Account Executive, with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience in any eCommerce backend system is an advantage
- Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
