(Recruitment Day) - Executive Assistant II
(25 September 2025)Position : Executive Assistant II
Department : Various Departments
Cluster : Kowloon West Cluster (Caritas Medical Centre / Kwai Chung Hospital / North Lantau Hospital / Princess Margaret Hospital / Yan Chai Hospital)
Pay : HK$19,764 - HK$24,023 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities :
1. To provide executive and administrative support in offices of clinical or non-clinical departments.
2. Assist in planning, coordinating, organizing and managing departmental meetings / programs and activities.
3. Assist in collecting and analyzing data for management reporting.
4. To retrieve documents, compile statistics and data research.
5. To carry out clerical duties that includes filing, data entry and record keeping.
6. To handle enquiries, liaise and communicate with staff and public.
7. To help with the use of various hospital systems for supplies ordering, repair & maintenance and duty input as assigned by supervisor.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.Entry Requirements :
1. University Graduates; OR
2. F.5/ S.5 with:
(a) HKCEE 5 passes incl. Eng (Syl. B) & Chin; or
(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
(i) Level 2 in Eng & Chin; and
(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects
AND diploma in a specialized function.Preferable Attributes / Exposure:
1. Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, pleasant and mature personality with strong analytical sense.
2. Able to work independently and under pressure.
3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. High proficiency in PC skills with good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access. Chinese word processing
and other common office automation (including email, internet / intranet etc.).QualificationsRemarks:1. Please refer to for “Notes to Applicants”.
2. Serving staff who have completed F.5 / S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years’ relevant experience within HA may also be considered.
