
HR Advisor or Senior Officer

- Reporting to the regional Head of HR and supporting the regional HR functions of the firm.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics, including employment contract preparations.
- Maintain HRIS and support payroll logistics and salary review.
- HR administrative support, compliance monitoring of HR laws
- Support HRM and Head of HR respectively on ad hoc matters
- University degree in HR Management or related field
- 4+ years' HR experience in law firms, including graduate recruitment and payroll
- Experience of coordinating and working knowledge of Hong Kong Law Society processes including renewal procedures of Professional Indemnity Insurance and practicing certificates, and registering of CPD points.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS
- Experience of use of Workday is highly desired
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- High fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese language is a must
