- Lead & Inspire – Build, mentor, and guide a service team that embodies omotenashi (true Japanese hospitality).
- Curate Experiences – Oversee every step of the guest journey, ensuring seamless, elegant, and highly personalized service.
- Beverage Leadership – Shape an outstanding sake and wine program, curating pairings that elevate the omakase.
- Operate at Excellence – Manage daily operations, P&L, inventory, and vendor relations with precision and discipline.
- Problem-Solve Gracefully – Resolve challenges with calm authority, protecting the guest experience at all times.
- 8 -10 years in luxury dining or hospitality, ideally with Japanese fine dining or Michelin-starred experience.
- Proven success as a GM, Restaurant Manager, or Maître d’.
- Deep knowledge of sake and wine, with the ability to educate and inspire both guests and staff.
- Fluent English; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage.
- A leader with charisma, emotional intelligence, and impeccable presentation.
