- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of all regular Love 21 sports and fitness activities.
- Secure and manage appropriate venues, equipment, and resources to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Ensure all programmes are delivered on budget and in strict adherence to funded Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of coaches, instructors, and volunteers to foster a positive and high-performing environment.
- Liaise with coaches to schedule sessions, communicate expectations, and ensure the highest standards of instruction.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate coach performance and class quality, implementing improvements as needed.
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with schools, corporate organizations, and community groups to expand programme reach and opportunities.
- Represent Love 21 at external events, performances, and competitions to promote our mission and build our network.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and space management for the 2/F venues at the Love 21 Centre.
- Implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess programme effectiveness and impact.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from classes, events, and participant feedback to drive data-informed programme improvements.
- Support the Head of Programmes in conducting community needs assessments and developing new, innovative sports and fitness initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic planning, funding proposals, and reports to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the programmes.
- Provide general operational and event support for the broader activities of Love 21.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the organization's objectives.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in programme management, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector.
- A recognized degree in Sports Management, Social Sciences, Non-Profit Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese (fluency is essential).
- Demonstrated strength in strategic planning, with the ability to see the big picture and translate vision into actionable plans.
- Strong organizational and people management skills, with a track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex programmes.
- High proficiency in standard office software applications, including the MS Office suite.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team player in a dynamic environment.
