- Conduct surveillance on pre-trade, post-trade and process monitoring to ensure adherence to proper standards and procedures
- Prepare reports on sales process quality
- Handle regulatory and compliance reviews
- Risk assessment on process and procedures to make necessary rectifications
- Handle enquiries from the business and relevant units regarding investigation and related risk mitigation measures
- Perform as hoc projects as assigned
- Degree holder with at least 4 years of working experience in Private Banking sector’s risk management / compliance / monitoring or surveillance functions
- Good knowledge of private banking products and well versed with relevant HKMA and SFC rules, regulations, practices and guidelines is preferred
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
