Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.Job Description:Role SummaryThis role will lead & support Sun Life’s client value proposition activities for HNW Mainland Chinese Individual (MCI) client segment, including but not limited to series of virtual & in-person events, relationship building with our distribution channel partners and social media influencers (i.e. KOL). The role is also responsible for implementing & executing strategies that enhance client relationships, increase brand value, and drive business growth.Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with our distribution channel partners to organize virtual & in-person events for segmented clients on latest market trends (i.e. wealth management., lifestyle, business development, parenting, etc.)Establish a service ecosystem with our distribution channel partners for segmented clients.Engage and manage relationships with social media influencers (i.e. KOL) to amplify Sun Life’s client value proposition messaging and company credibility.Create and maintain a content calendar for value-added materials, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality resources to clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, business development, product development, training) to ensure consistent messaging and value delivery across all client touchpoints.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of value proposition initiatives.Analyze client feedback and market trends for continuously improvements on value proposition activities and initiatives.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relationship management, marketing, or a similar role.Proven track record of successfully implementing client value proposition strategies.Experience in organizing virtual events (incl. training programs and seminars, etc.) with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Demonstrated ability to engage and manage relationships with KOLs or industry experts.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua is essentialUnderstanding of data analytics and performance measurement techniques with capacity to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve program effectiveness.We offer 5-day work, attractive salary, MPF, group life and group medical insurance; and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
