Handle project business coordination, maintain effective communication with clients and design units, accurately understand project requirements, and efficiently organize preliminary cost planning and optimization of on-site construction plans;2. Prepare project budgets and settlements, report budget and cost status to superiors and business departments in a timely manner, and review budget and settlement lists with clients and subcontractors;3. Manage project cost control, conduct regular cost accounting, dynamic monitoring, and analysis to keep average project costs within the optimal budget range, and propose optimization suggestions based on market trends and technical solutions;4. Oversee subcontractor bidding, contract management, and settlement processes; and5. Participate in technical solution reviews to ensure the technical feasibility and economic viability of the project.工作內容1. 負責專案商務對接工作，與業主、設計單位保持良好溝通，精准把握專案需求，高效整理前期成本策劃與現場實際施工方案優化；2. 負責編制專案預結算，及時向上級和業務部門彙報預算成本情況，負責審核與建設單位和分包單位的預結算清單；3. 負責專案成本控制，定期組織成本核算、動態監控與分析，使專案平均成本控制在預算最優區間，結合市場行情與技術方案，提出優化建議；4. 負責分供方的招標、合同管理、結算工作；和5. 參與技術方案評審，保障專案技術可行性與經濟性。Job Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree or above in civil engineering, engineering cost estimation, or related fields;2. Project work occurs at night, with flexible adjustments to working hours based on project needs; ability to adapt to periodic high-intensity work schedules;3. Over 10 years of experience in engineering projects, with substantial practical experience in business management within the non-excavation restoration industry; proficient in pricing software, familiar with non-excavation restoration construction techniques, and knowledgeable about material market prices and labor costs;4. Must hold a First-Class Constructor Certificate (Municipal Public Works), First-Class Cost Engineer Certificate (Civil Construction), and an Intermediate Professional Title (Municipal Specialty); and5.
