- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of M365 workplace projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that enhance workplace efficiency and employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress against established milestones to ensure successful workplace implementation.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure seamless transitions for workplace solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and changes related to workplace initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of M365 tools in the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management and M365 workplace implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on M365 or similar enterprise workplace solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange, in a workplace context.
- Proven experience in managing technology projects within the financial services industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee complex project initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the financial services sector.
- A track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) are a plus.
- An attractive salary package estimated at HKD 756000 to 924000 per annum.
