DescriptionsRef. 250001JXClosing date: September 16, 2025The Office of the MiM Programme under the Department of Management is now looking for a high calibre candidate to join the team. The appointee will work alongside a dynamic team, leading the rapid development of the Programme, and will be responsible for (a) playing a key role in the admissions exercise, including but not limited to shortlisting applicants, scheduling interviews, validating application documents, preparing recommendation documents, issuing admission offers and confirming offer acceptance; (b) actively engaging and following up on prospects/applicants to increase enrolment and meet team targets; (c) planning and executing campaigns to promote the Programme across various channels; (d) co-ordinating with internal and external parties to organize and participate in admissions events; (e) providing regular analytical reports to monitor application and admissions progress; (f) providing general support for Programme events and activities; and (g) performing any other duties as assigned. Occasional overseas travel may be required.Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 2 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in higher education institutions; (iii) strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills; (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); (v) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; (vi) a good level of experience in student recruiting and marketing within an education context; and (vii) high computer proficiency and competence in the use of database systems and electronic communication. Knowledge of and experience with digital media marketing will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
