  • -Handle customer inquiries from incoming calls regarding various EMPF products, ensuring accurate information is provided.
  • -Address customer requests related to product inquiries and services, delivering exceptional support and assistance.
  • -Perform account maintenance tasks, including updates and modifications as needed to ensure account accuracy.
  • -Provide administrative support to the team as assigned, assisting with various tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • -HKDSE or above
  • -Fresh graduate with relevant customer service and hotline experience are welcome
  • -Proficiency in spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • -Requires a Chinese input method
