Job Responsibilities
  • Manage in-house corporate accounts, including rental payments to landlords and internal rent allocation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Independently resolve complex corporate accounting issues while effectively managing deadlines under pressure.
  • Ensure strict adherence to corporate financial policies, procedures, and processes in alignment with organizational guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial reports to the Global Business Service team.
  • Oversee the accurate processing of purchase orders, ensure timely payments, and maintain meticulous financial records.
  • Provide support for administrative tasks within the department to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments as required to support business objectives.
  • Handle any ad hoc requests
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting or financial administration.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively as a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a multinational corporate environment is advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant PC software/applications.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
