Date of Issue : 27 August 2025Position:Hospital ForemanRank:Hospital ForemanCluster / Hospital / Department:Hong Kong West Cluster / Queen Mary Hospital / Security Section, Administrative Services DepartmentSalary:HK$23,725 to HK$30,244 (HGPS point 7 -11) per month including Monthly AllowanceUp to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:1.Assist Hospital Manager and Senior Hospital Foreman to plan and manage security services of the Hospital.2.Assist in investigating, monitoring and reporting for security incidents.3.Assist to manage and monitor the hospital car parks.4.Enforce the Hospital Authority By-laws in hospital.5.Assist in coordinating fire drills and associated programs related to fire safety.6.Coordinate the inventory, day to day repair and maintenance, including condemnation of security devices and equipment.7.Supervise daily operation and prepare duty roster.8.Issue, control and condemnation of uniform and stores.9.Handle emergency situations and patrolling hospital areas.10.Stand by for emergency duties.11.Supervise and coach staff.12.Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.Entry Requirements:1.(a)3 years’ satisfactory service in the Hospital Authority, or(b)2 years’ supervisory experience in hospitals, hotels, cleansing service, facilities management or other related services / industries.2.Have shown the potential to lead and supervise staff.Preferable Attributes / Exposure:1.With supervisory experience in security services.2.Completion of F.5 / S.5 or equivalent.3.Possess a valid security personnel permit.4.Hands-on experience in PC applications, such as Chinese Word processing & Excel.5.Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.QualificationsRemarks:
