
Deskside Support Engineer (20-30K)

- Provide technical support for internal users on: Desktop hardware, Software, MS Windows, Office, Outlook and networking.
- Provide 1st tier support ad hoc projects and other IT members.
- Record and manage all incidents and requests in the ticket-tracking system.
- Skills on supporting tablets or smartphones, conference room AV equipment or video conference tools.
- Set up and configure desktop or networking devices and provide technical support.
- Maintain the IT inventory record and perform inventory check.
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least 1 - 2 years of IT support experience.
- Willing to listen and learn, hardworking, team player, under working pressure.
- Good working knowledge and IT experience supporting Microsoft Windows configuration, desktop administration, Microsoft Office suite.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
