POSITION SUMMARYThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing and branding strategies for Kowloon Dairy Hong Kong, and for ensuring the implementation and execution of said strategies are timely, precise and effective. The Marketing Manager will lead and supervise the marketing team to carry out all marketing initiatives, including but not limited to branding, advertising, PR events, digital marketing, market research, and CRM activities. The Marketing Manager will monitor action plan progress to ensure alignment with objectives and budget parameters. Additionally, this position provides coaching and training to team members to foster growth and promote a high-performing marketing team.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish marketing and branding objectives and strategies and define an annual budget to encompass all planned initiativesCreate, present and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channelsManage marketing campaigns and projects and ensure budget complianceSupervise daily operations and performance of marketing functions, including branding, advertising, PR events, digital marketing, market research and CRM initiativesMonitor progress of action plans to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.Lead and manage a team of marketing professional, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives set by senior managementFacilitate communication and collaboration within marketing team for efficient project execution.Prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance and strategies and address weak areas of performance and propose actions for improvementEstablish and maintain strategic partnerships with external vendors and foster positive relationships to build and fortify media connectionsAnalyze marketing metrics to support strategic decisions and improvements.Prioritize continuous improvement by monitoring competitor activities, adjusting marketing strategies, and engaging with customers for feedbackStay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to guide marketing strategies.Provide coaching and training to enhance team members' skills and performance within a positive environmentKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree in Advertising & Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplinesA minimum of 10+ years’ experience in a marketing, preferably gained in FMCG industryIn-depth knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, digital marketing and campaign managementProficiency in marketing tools and software and analytic toolsSolid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferredProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop & IllustratorHighly creative with excellent analytical abilitiesDetailed-minded and self-motivated with strong sense of accountabilityPossesses good management skills and leadership abilitiesOutstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and MandarinWe offer attractive remunerations, including Year-end Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, Group Medical and Life Insurance, Education Allowance, Staff Purchase Discounts, 5-days work and Public Holidays, etc. Interested parties please apply with full resume, current and expected salary to HR Department.All personal data collected will be solely used for recruitment-related purposes.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
