  • Provide first-level IT support for the Hong Kong and APAC Offices
  • Liaise with Head Office IT teams to resolve incidents and coordinate system-related issues.
  • Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and telecom equipment.
  • Monitor and ensure the health and performance of IT systems
  • Administer user access to internal systems and perform daily reconciliations and data verifications
  • Manage IT fixed assets and accessories, including procurement, disposal, maintenance, and inventory tracking.
  • Draft and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware/software deployment and system upgrades.
  • Provide after-hours standby support when required
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or system administration, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in drafting IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Fluent English communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems, market data platforms, and enterprise IT environments.
