蓬瀛仙館創立於1929年，是香港道教宮觀及非牟利慈善宗教團體，以「弘道立德，濟世度人」為宗旨，多年來已經發展成集宗教、公益和文化於一體的宗教慈善機構。The position working with relevant vendors is to support the current IT infrastructure platform, systems and security operation as well as assisting to design the next generation platforms and model for the current Digital Transformation Programme under implementation.Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT Infrastructure, user support, networking, cyber security and technologies initiatives.
  • Plan & Implement quality control, monitoring, design considerations, administration of IT Infrastructure both for on premise and cloud computing platforms.
  • Manage data archiving, system backup, business contingency and disaster recovery of IT Infrastructure.
  • Manage vendor SLA to deliver agreed performance levels.
  • Perform system operations and user support.
  • Act as a key player for Infrastructure for Digital Transformation Programme.
Requirements:The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline. Master’s degree in relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Hands on and in-depth knowledge in VMware VSphere, Microsoft Azure, FortiGate NGFW, and Veeam backup.
  • Hands on of technical and security configuration, switch configuration, operation and administration in ActiveDirectory, AAD, Microsoft 365, Domain Group Policy, Networking, and security devices (firewall, IPS/IDS, etc.)
  • Candidate with experience in configuration planning, optimizing and monitoring automation an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Holder of CISSP, CISA, CISM, GSEC is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of AV systems an advantage but not essential.
